At Erotelia we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit erotelia.com, what we use it for and what rights you have.

1. Controller

The controller of the processing is the owner of the Erotelia site. You can contact us through the contact button available on all pages of the site.

2. Data we process

• Browsing: like any web server, we log technical data from visits (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and running.
• Contact: if you write to us, we process the name (optional), the email address and the message you send us.
• Subscription: if you subscribe to updates, we process your email address to send them to you.
• Preferences in your browser: we store on your own device whether you confirmed you are of legal age and whether you prefer dark mode. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for or store data about your sexual orientation, your reading preferences or any other sensitive data. We do not create reading profiles associated with your identity.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your messages, based on your consent when you write to us.
• Sending you updates if you subscribe, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site, based on our legitimate interest.

4. Retention

We keep contact messages for the time necessary to handle them, subscription data until you unsubscribe and technical logs for a limited period, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. In order to operate, the site uses infrastructure providers (hosting, content delivery network and attack protection) that may process technical data from your visit on our behalf. We also load stylesheets and scripts from public code distribution services (jsDelivr), which receive your browser's IP address when serving them.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability, by writing to us through the contact button. If you consider that we have not properly handled your request, you can turn to the data protection authority of your country.

7. Minors

Erotelia is aimed exclusively at people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that a minor has provided us with data, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
